Is live chat support a robot?

Our system is designed to keep track of all customers requests and notify us of a message, so when you start a message our bot will greet you and then I or my assistant will be with you asap. 

 

I’m locked out of my account, forgot my password, can’t place my order with my account, what do I do?

How Long Does The Order Processing Take?

Orders normally take 1-5 days to process – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holiday seasons, processing times may take longer due to high order volume. 

How Long Is The Shipping Time?

All orders are fully trackable with SF EXPRESS

  • Shipping Time to the US: 1 - 3 weeks
  • Shipping Time to the other countries: 1 - 4 weeks (coming soon)

There are circumstances that are out of our control (like customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) those may cause shipping postponements or delays. While most of the packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our logistic partners may experience. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

 

We are a startup swimwear brand and to ensure that we can keep prices low and satisfaction high we work with trusted veteran vendors from around Asia. This does not mean that you will be getting a lower quality product, we do our good diligence to test and make sure we are delivering the highest quality swimwear to you.  When will I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be supplied via email once your order has shipped.

What payment methods are available?

We currently offer the following:
Apple pay, Google pay, PayPal, and all major Credit / Debit cards.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we use McAfee security to safeguard all of your payment information and identity.  

What if I make a mistake on my orders shipping address?

If you make a mistake on your address and your order hasn't shipped yet then we can cancel your order and fix the error, just contact us through email or instagram. If your order has shipped then please contact our couriers USPS package intercept page to intercept your order and redirect it you the correct location.
 

Do you offer refunds if I have an issue?

Yes, we most certainly do. Please refer to our returns policy for more more information.
 

How do I check the location of my order?

Most orders can be tracked via USPS, you can input your tracking number here with SF EXPRESS to get your real-time update on your orders location and status. Tracking numbers are provided via email within 24hrs after your order has shipped.

 

Besides the USA, do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer to ship to the USA.
